PXT is a small, self-funded private equity firm focused on acquiring and growing technology-driven companies. Rather than offering services, they buy businesses, work closely with them to improve revenue strategy and technology. This idea is inspired by their name, Pangxie (crab), one of the most resilient and successful animals in nature.

We kicked things off with a collaborative brand workshop, working closely with the PXT team to unpack who they are, how they think, and what they want their brand presence to showcase. Alongside this, we worked through a detailed questionnaire to better understand their goals, focus areas, and their positioning in the private equity space in Singapore.
Using competitors and references provided by PXT, we researched and analyzed how similar firms present themselves visually and strategically. This helped us understand industry expectations while identifying opportunities for PXT to stand apart.
Once the brand direction was defined, we selected a color palette and typography that aligned with PXT’s identity and tone. From there, we designed the homepage through 6–8 rounds of iterative design in Figma. After each round, we held review calls with the team to walk through the designs, identify areas for improvement, and refine the direction.

The final prototype included all required pages for the site, designed cohesively in Figma. This included the homepage, About Us, Strategy, Careers, and Contact Us pages, bringing the full brand and visual system together into a complete website experience.
